So this is another one of those "Hi my names Andi, and this is a website where I tell you all about my not so extraordinary life"?... I hear you ask!

Well frankly yes it is. I have decided that after a good number of years working in IT that I in fact cannot find a fabulous or unique idea for a website and aside to all of my initial thoughts of never having a website unless it was either catchy, unique, quirky or wonderful. I decided to make a site anyway!

So why now?

So many questions! The Internet for me represents the 21st century equivalent of the humble scrapbook. It embraces technology to present to anyone with the capability whatever they want. Passions, thoughts, things to sell and lets not forget the most popular use of the Internet... the one thing everybody looks at but never really admits to.... yes eBay ;-)... I decided that it was time to tell the world a bit about me and what I think... I want to add my little piece to the vast snapshot of our little planet that is the WWW. In addition my personal quest to understand the history of Worcester and bring you reasons why Worcester is such a great place right into the 21st Century, is all here at UlverstonGreen!

What's New?

28th September 2004 - I've finally finished the English Civil war section (Battle Of Worcester, 1651). Please take a look and feed back any comments. Also completed a section on Edward Elgar. Next project: Worcester Cathedral.

16th September 2004 - I'm back! Now I have broadband and I am not afriad to use it. It is time to get this puppy finished! Watch this space for some new developments...!
