Campaigns for Change

Who Rattled Your Cage?

As you can probably gather from this website wot' I done, I feel pretty strongly about this city of ours! I love the place, it's full of culture and atmosphere. It is a city than has been undergoing a huge amount of change over the last few years. Change which is something that has been continuously shaping and moulding this city for millennia.

Change has not always been for the best and in many cases change has been late coming or is still in great demand. As a result this website and in particular this section exists to act as a vehicle to get some of those ideas recorded and supported. We might not be able to change much from a small amateur website, but we can certainly acknowledge our care for things to change for the best. That in my view is certainly a moral victory if nothing else!

I have kicked off with four of my top ideas for change. If you would like to add a campaign please contact me with your campaign words and I will add your page. Maybe there is a building you think is an eyesore that should be knocked down, maybe you have an idea for making the city a better place or maybe you are fighting to keep a piece of the city in danger of being removed. Let me know...

Most IMPORTANTLY, if you agree with a campaign and want to support it, fill in the campaign form and send the e-mail. And if a campaign is popular enough I will do my best to ensure that the right people hear about it! Whilst nothing may get done, at least a whole bunch have people have made their voices known to the people who have the power to make change happen, whether they choose to or not! I certainly feel better for getting on my soap box with a load of like minded people...
