Worcester City

The City Faithful in War and in Peace (In Brief...)

Worcester - Located on the banks of the River Severn in the Midlands, UK. At first glance Worcester may seem a rather inconspicuous place of little interest. Those of you who have heard of Worcester, might think of Massachusetts or Worcestershire Sauce as being the only thing of note. I want to talk about the original Worcester, a quintessentially English City with the most amazing story that stretches back over 9000 years to when the first settlers arrived in Britain.

In addition Worcester continues to be a thriving city that has embraced the 21st Century, whilst retaining its historic heritage. It has a lot to offer beyond just history, I will show you why.

Our aim is to bring you the remarkable story of one of the United Kingdoms oldest settlements and show you that Worcester is a fantastic place to visit (and in my case live in) today.
